Indulge in Chicken turkey turkey turkey beef bacon de dinde de dinde Ranch Spaghetti Squash — Julie Ledbetter, where savory ground turkey meets crispy turkey beef bacon.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey beef bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Place the halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  2. Step 2: While the squash is roasting, cook the chopped turkey beef bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the beef bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  3. Step 3: In the same skillet, add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Step 4: Once the turkey is cooked through, stir in the ranch dressing and cooked turkey turkey bacon. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Step 5: When the spaghetti squash is done roasting, use a fork to scrape out the strands into a large bowl. Add the turkey mixture and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl and mix well.
  6. Step 6: Transfer the mixture back into the empty spaghetti squash halves. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For optimal storage, keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to preserve freshness and flavor.
  • When reheating, microwave individual portions for about 1-2 minutes, or until heated through, to maintain the spaghetti squash’s texture without drying it out.
  • Serve your Chicken Turkey Beef Bacon Ranch Spaghetti Squash with a side salad for a refreshing contrast, or enjoy it topped with extra green onions for added crunch and flavor.
  • For a richer taste, consider adding a sprinkle of garlic powder or smoked paprika to the ground turkey while cooking; it complements the ranch dressing beautifully!
