Elevate your grilling game with Jalapeno Peach Chicken! This tantalizing dish balances sweet peaches and spicy jalapeños, creating a flavor explosion.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and diced
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while you prepare the marinade and chicken.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, combine the diced peaches, chopped jalapeños, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a peach-jalapeño marinade.
  3. Step 3: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Step 4: Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Step 5: Once cooked, drizzle the remaining peach-jalapeño marinade over the grilled chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Jalapeno Peach Chicken!

Notes

  • For optimal freshness, store any leftover Jalapeno Peach Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • When reheating, gently warm the chicken in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water or broth to keep it moist and prevent drying out.
  • Serve your Jalapeno Peach Chicken with a side of cilantro-lime rice or a fresh green salad to complement the sweet and spicy flavors.
  • For an extra kick, consider adding more jalapeños to the marinade if you enjoy a spicier dish, or balance it out with additional honey for sweetness.
