- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions

- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Step 3: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the maple mustard glaze generously over the top of each fillet.

Notes
- For optimal freshness, store any leftover Maple Pistachio Salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- When reheating, gently warm the salmon in the oven at a low temperature to prevent it from drying out, or use a microwave on low power for short intervals.
- Serve your Maple Pistachio Salmon with a side of steamed asparagus or a fresh green salad to complement its rich flavors.
- For an extra layer of flavor, consider toasting the chopped pistachios in a dry skillet before adding them to the salmon, enhancing their crunch and nuttiness.
