Sip into paradise with this Orange, Pineapple & Coconut Mocktail! A tropical blend of juices and creamy coconut, it’s a refreshing delight. Follow our simple steps for a blissful experience!

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup soda water or sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh orange slices and pineapple wedges for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing jug, combine the orange juice and pineapple juice. Stir well to mix the two juices together thoroughly.
  2. Step 2: Add the coconut cream to the juice mixture and whisk until fully combined and smooth. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey or agave syrup at this stage.
  3. Step 3: Fill glasses with ice cubes to chill your mocktail and pour the juice and coconut mixture over the ice, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Step 4: Top each glass with soda water or sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to combine without disturbing the layers too much.
  5. Step 5: Garnish each mocktail with fresh orange slices, pineapple wedges, and mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For optimal freshness, store any leftover mocktail in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but keep the soda water separate until serving to maintain its fizz.
  • Since this is a cold mocktail, reheating isn't applicable; instead, enjoy it chilled over ice for the best experience.
  • For a fun twist, consider serving your mocktail in fun glasses with colorful straws and attach a sprig of mint or a small cocktail umbrella for added flair.
  • To enhance the tropical flavor, use fresh coconut cream rather than canned for a creamier texture and richer taste, and feel free to experiment with adding a splash of lime juice for an extra zing!
