Indulge in a savory turkey beef beef bacon de dinde and Cheese Spaghetti Squash Quiche! With a tender squash base and crispy beef bacon, it’s a delightful twist on tradition.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 8 ounces turkey turkey bacon (de dinde), chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Place the halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Step 2: While the squash is roasting, cook the chopped turkey turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Once the spaghetti squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape out the strands into a large bowl. Add the cooked turkey beef bacon and shredded cheese to the bowl with the squash.
  5. Step 5: Pour the egg mixture over the squash, beef bacon, and cheese mixture. Stir to combine everything thoroughly. Transfer the mixture into a greased pie dish or quiche pan and bake in the oven for another 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Step 6: Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your turkey turkey bacon de dinde and cheese spaghetti squash quiche!

Notes

  • For optimal freshness, store leftover quiche in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, simply warm individual slices in the microwave for about 30-60 seconds or bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through, ensuring the crust remains crispy.
  • Serve your turkey beef beef bacon de dinde and cheese spaghetti squash quiche alongside a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding chopped vegetables like spinach or bell peppers to the egg mixture before baking, enhancing both nutrition and taste!
