- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained and chopped

Notes
- For optimal freshness, store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- When reheating, microwave individual portions for about 30-60 seconds or place the dip back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through and bubbly again.
- This dip pairs wonderfully with tortilla chips, but you can also serve it with fresh veggie sticks for a healthier option!
- For an extra kick, consider adding more jalapeños or a sprinkle of smoked paprika on top before baking to enhance the flavors and presentation.
